Saturday, July 25th is arrival day.
Groups must state their approximate arrival time in their registration. It is still possible to update your registration with arrival time and equipment information - but no new requests about village placement can be accommodated.
The first meal on arrival day is dinner. You will therefore need to bring a packed lunch.
On departure day, breakfast and lunch will be provided by the camp. Lunch will be something you can easily take with you on the journey home.
You can find more information about the meals that will be served at the jamboree here.
The day before the camp, on July 24 between 08:00 and 20:00, it is possible to drive a trailer into the village. After 20:00, no cars may remain on the campgrounds.
It is permitted for drivers and passengers arriving with equipment to stay overnight in their village between July 24 and 25. Toilets, showers, and water are available, but may be a long walk away. Anyone arriving with equipment the day before the camp is responsible for their own meals until dinner on July 25. The group is also responsible for its own trailer and equipment.
Trailers attached to passenger cars arriving on the check-in day, July 25, will be directed to a designated area. There, the group may either carry their equipment to the village by hand or wait for assistance from camp staff to transport it. Be prepared for potentially long waiting times.
Between 20:00 on July 24 and 16:00 on August 1, groups may only move trailers by hand within the camp area. The trailer must be empty and moved slowly enough that one can stop immediately if someone steps in front of it. Leaders must accompany the trailer while it is being moved. After 16:00 on the departure day, August 1, cars are once again allowed to drive within the camp area.
During the camp, there will be parking available for caravans and cars that will remain on site for the whole week, as well as for visitors. Further information regarding parking will follow.
Car trailers may remain in the village but are then counted as a tent and must adhere to the same safety distances as tents. In the trailer park, the trailer must be marked with the corps, village number, contact person and their telephone number. No cars are permitted in the trailer park during the camp; instead, the trailer must be manoeuvred there by hand.
