Camp week

Here you will find information about the programme and spontaneous activities during the camp week.

Programme

The scout will participate daily in program activities together with their patrol. Explorerer scouts, aged 10-11, must be accompanied by their leader. For older age groups we recommend a leader accompanyingthem, but this is not a requirement.

For the best experience, a patrol is recommended to consist of 4-7 scouts. If your group has less than 4 scouts in one age group, we recommend reaching out to other groups to create a patrol together.

Hubs

The Hubs are hangout areas that the scouts can visit during their free time. Each age group will have their own. The Hub is a place where you can go to meet new friends, play board games, buy snacks in the cafe, or just relax. Some evenings special events will be held such as karaoke or a disco.

The main payment method at camp will be by card.

The Adventure Hub

Adventures scouts, those aged 12-15, are asked to bring an empty toilet roll to be used for an activity in the Adventure Hub, where a miniature world will be built as part of a collaborative activity.

Beach bus

For those who want to go swimming or visit the beach, this will be possible. You will be able to book seats on a bus going from the campsite to the beach in Åhus, more details will be provided later on.

The Together Party (Tillsammansfesten)

On Tuesday evening, July 28th, a party will be held on the campsite, a party that we create together – A together party. All scout groups are responsible for bringing one or more building blocks to help create the party.

Together tree

Jamboree26 will have a special tree that all villages will help us to decorate. If your group wants to participate, we will ask you to bring or create something that symbolizes “Together” for you – such as your group’s scarf, flag or any other symbol, which can be safely hung in a tree.
